Hello, I hope I have found the correct e-mail address of the General Hospital of Kefalonia. I am
Tamara from Serbia, yesterday morning I was admitted to the General Hospital of Kefalonia due
to an allergic reaction. After the help, I noticed bleeding, and I was in the eighth week of
pregnancy.
With the quick arrival of the gynecologist, whose name I did not remember, I received an
examination, the result of which, unfortunately, was not good. My baby's heart stopped beating,
with quick intervention and proper advice from the gynecologist after the examination, I was sent
to Serbia for the curettage procedure.
I arrived in Serbia safely and the procedure is over, I feel physically well. I wanted to express my
gratitude to the gynecologist, as well as the director of the hospital, for the overall care, the
organization of the ferry, making a map of the big hospitals on the way to Serbia... and especially
the human approach of the gynecologist who provided me with great psychological support, but
also explained the situation to my twelve-year-old daughter in a way that she would suffer as
little as possible.
Please confirm if this is an email from the General Hospital and if so, convey my gratitude to the
director and especially to the gynecologist, as well as the gratitude of my family who felt the
humanity and true face of the medical call. If you can, I would like to know the name of the
gynecologist who helped me, because he deserves to remember his name as the name of a friend
